Make friends or interact with admin/mod
Comment positively on their posts

Send inbox to ask for approval schedule (be friendly and polite)

After a few times, they will assign you the right to post without approval (if the group allows)

I think you spam too much. Your number of posts per day is limited.
 
If you want to post quickly in a group that needs approval, you should interact actively, follow the rules and message the admin to ask for approval.

You can freely post to the group quickly and proactively when you are the administrator of the Facebook group or the group does not have the mode of post approval enabled.
