Why not just ask for a way to get an account to 10m followers in 1 day.If anyone knows a method please share.

There are two ways of building huge follower base. You can go ahead and buy already built account with thousands of followers or of course you would have to spend your time doing manually all these actions such as following, liking, commenting, contacting people for shoutouts and etc. I would recommend check this other threads here where people share they tips, knowledge and journey towards building huge follower base.
