So I got another wave of accounts banned for spam even though I didn’t even follow, comment, like on any of them. I didn’t even make the accounts simultaneously either. The accounts were made sometime in December or so and I deactivated them until I needed them, so last week I decided to reactivate at least 40 or so accounts and I set them up, I put up a profile photo, changed the username and full name on the accounts and updated the bios and put up 1 post on each account, I did at least 40 of the accounts maybe more in a single day, but I didn’t like, follow, or commenting on any of them, all I did was just update the profiles and then signed out and haven’t logged back into them since, and tonight I found out each account I did these on all got banned for spam, would updating profiles like I did there be considered spammy? And would slowing down on updating profiles and doing a few at a time be better to not trigger the spam bot for Instagram? And this ban only happened on the accounts I signed in on through Safari and even though I did update my profiles on the Instagram app, those accounts did not receive the ban, just the ones I did on Safari.

would updating profiles like I did there be considered spammy?
Yes, need more details to detect what went wrong.

1.Did you add link in bio while reprofiling?
2.All 40 accounts had the same post? Or some bunch had same post and some another? Did you change metadata before posting?

Logging in accounts on browser is not preferrable, browser login or automation is considered as super spammy and not recommended.

1. No I did not, I just wrote a bio without any links.
2. No, each post was different as the post I put up for each account was the profile photo that I shared into a post, and I didn’t really change anything, I just did one account, logged out, and logged into another around 40 times, I did maybe like 25 in an hour and then took a few hours break then did like 15 or 20 more after. Then I did a few more accounts 2 days or so later and The accounts were all up for about 1 week until tonight they all got taken down for spam. All of these accounts were logged in through Safari and like 1 or 2 on Chrome on my phone, and every single account I did within those time periods all got taken down for spam. While the various accounts I have on my Instagram app are still up.

So you basically used 1 Safari with the same IP to reprofile 25 accounts in 1 hour, basically one go? Ofc they would get banned

You need a proxy for every 1-2 accounts ideally with an anti detect browser profile for each account

pro tip, try breaking your post down into smaller paragraphs
as it makes your posts easier to read

Yes that should be the case.

Use 4G proxies and have only 4-5 accounts under a proxy. Otherwise you'll get banned.

You did them all on the same day so ofcourse it’s going to come back as spam. Instagram can tell that you’re creating multiple accounts on the same IP address. The best way to create mutiple accounts is to change the IP for each account. There’s softwares that can create mass accounts for you with all different IPs instead of having to do them one by one. But if you are going to do them one by one I recommend doing them all on different ips so it can go undetected.

Updating profiles on multiple accounts in a short span can trigger spam filters. Slow down
and update fewer profiles at a time. Also, consider using the Instagram app instead of Safari to
avoid bans.

You need use proxy or vpn for 1 -2 accounts. I think 4G proxy is best. but it is expensive

Can you summarize this in a single sentence?

if you registered them from the same device, so you probably got banned.
