Instagram Shopping HELP

Hi All,

I've just made a new Instagram account and trying to enable Instagram shopping, but when I try and enable it says Account is not eligible, and that I can't request another review (account has done 20 posts and has ~10k followers)
When I visit my Facebook e-commerce page it says my store violates the Facebook e-commerce T&Cs.. but doesn't say what T&Cs I'm violating..

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Facebook / Instagram for support with this? I've tried searching all over the web but can't find any way to get in contact with them.

Any help would be very appreciated, thanks all!

You can reach out to Instagram officially at https://help.instagram.com/, they don't always respond but if you write a compelling email, they will.

But before that, ensure your country is eligible for Instagram shopping as several of them aren't yet.
Make sure the products/services you offer meet the criteria for selling on Instagram.

And a faster way would be through a Facebook/Instagram approved marketing agency if you're spending big dollars on promoting your brand as they can help you speed up the process.

most guys with 10k followers have hundreds of posts. Maybe that is the red flag.
