Hi

does Instagram block daily actions from any bot'S (API) ? Like after 100 actions (follow, like comment)? Is that true??

yes it's true, you can get action block even after 1 follow.

yes, it does. but it actually depends on how active you are on Instagram and how old your account is.

Absolutely, Instagram has been very strict about automation lately so any actions looking spammy to them get blocked right away.
