Insomnia Is Ruining My Life

I am father of 3.. Sarah, Jasmine and Zoola.

No sleep in 48 hours.. Oh GOD help me please :(

Take the three kids and your wife.. and go to a quiet place... maybe visit the northern parts of the country and take 7-10 days off.

I too was a insomniac zombie a few weeks ago and then I took 10 days off (didn't even take my laptop/phone with me) - went to a couple of weddings in family - met my cousins (it had been ages) and lived the most out of those 10 days.

Now I'm back, I feel incredibly more productive and determined, I've developed a habit of 'early to bed, early to rise' and I've started playing cricket (even with my messed up back)... sometimes you just need a break to change it all and get back again for good.

JEEEEZ, GUYS!

Get the freaking ROOT of tha problem! No weed, vodka, shitty pills or stuff like that!

Ok I gotta tell you about the BEST OF THE BEST good night sleep program written EVER - that totally KILLS the ROOT of the problem and NOT only f*cking around the symptoms.

When I say those things are f*cking around the symptoms, I mean: they cruelly FORCE you to sleep...

which is...

not only TOTALLY UNNATURAL but f*cks up your natural byorhytm in the long run! Trust me on that ;)

Okay, so what course will bring you back to normal life, that, at first glance, you never would think how POWERFUL is?

Kacper M. Postawski's Powerful Sleep program, everybody!

Yea, it's THAT GOOD.

Where to find? As far as I know it is on ALL of the major torrent sites, and file sharing sites.

A HIDDEN TREASURE, guys and galz. BUT... ONLY if you DO what it says, ladies and gentlemen!!!

Wish you a good night sleep!

Doc

Oh yeah, these big bold letters look like I was a little boy shitting in his panties and shouting for Mommy to change my diapers. I don't care because I wanted your attention I got your attention and hope that I could HELP you because I know how cruel this problem can be.

Are you still experiencing sleeping problem, you added me 2 days ago and did not reply yet.

Right ... i have experience in this.

Staying up all night and sleeping the next night ... won't work.
Drinking .... works. But you'll become dependent.
Drugs ... works. But you'll either become an addict or just treat the symptoms.

Practice good sleep hygiene. You probably already do, just make sure of it.

Now, to my actual advice:

You can't sleep because your mind is racing. You're excited at your ventures, you're mind is constantly finding methods to make money. You're nervous incase you fail. You stress out over it. You're anxious to see how well you do and to see what the future holds.

Even when you get to sleep, you won't get a good nights sleep. You won't feel rested, you won't feel refreshed and you certainly won't feel any better than you do right now.

First things first; disconnect. Switch your phone to silent and leave it in another room, switch your PC off, don't watch TV. Avoid all stimulants (obviously) etc. (all normal advice!)

Second; write your ideas down before bed with a list of "to do"for tomorrow. This is key. It'll mean you can switch off and pick back up tomorrow. No more racing mind. It'll take a few days for it to work, but it does.

Now ... when i suffered from insomnia, it was due to my (excessively) light sleeping. A fox outside sneezing would wake me up and i wouldn't go back to sleep. Seriously. Find the reason your quality of sleep isn't great and remedy it.

For instance, if you're sensitive to light ... get some black out curtains etc.. For me, it was sound. I got some molded ear-plugs to wear when i sleep. I wear them every night and feel much *MUCH* more refreshed and ready to go the next day. I'm no longer hazy, i don't have trouble falling to sleep and my mind doesn't race as much.

Admittedly, my pattern knocks out very easily. I can work until 3-5am without really thinking about what i'm doing before i realise the time. However, i can now knock my pattern back into a normal rhythm just as easily.

Hope you find some peace and solace though. I for one know how bad insomnia can be. It can literally kill you.

All the best. I hope this helps.

i have it too. well nto exactly. i just live in nights. i suggest you to use melatonine, good stuff and not killing brain

turn off your pc, take a book and you will sleep before turning a page.

Definitely exercise. Make sure your room is totally dark when you go to bed. Shut off everything electrical in your room before you sleep and don't be near an electrical device (alarm clock included). Don't look at any electronic device an hour before bed.

Get blood tests from knowledgeable people: http://fdnmanager.com/practitioners/

Weed is a good option but you can't do it everyday. Just do some sport- go run 1 hour before sleeping, then take a shower and you will sleep like a baby.

In most cases the sleepless is because of staying whole day in front of the PC. You need to relax your brain somehow in order to get a decent sleep.

you have to figure out the "demons" that are causing you to stay awake and take them apart and then you will be able to sleep better. easier said than done i know. i struggle with the same situation.

- Don't look directly at your computer or tv about an hour before you intend on sleeping.
- Install "screen filter" or similar app on your phone to ultra dim the screen if reading FB/News before bed.
- Take melatonin pills, they're all natural and won't give you a hangover feeling. I find about 1-3 mg is good for me.
- Don't eat/drink things high in carbs or sugar before bed.

Reasoning is, blue light wave length tricks your body into re-absorbing the melatonin that naturally occurs in your body making it difficult to fall asleep. Blue light essentially tells your body you're seeing sunlight and it's not time to sleep. Also like someone else said, once you have a kid(s), be lucky to ever sleep again. lol

first suggestion try getting a nice "sleep partner" ;))
like this one maybe:

i believe you can figure out some physical exercises to to help you...
if it does't work first time tray again... and again... until it works...
if after 10 time does't work go to my next suggestion:

the second suggestion is to get a help from a doctor...

usually the first one works...

i wish you good sleep!

Install F.lux!
Also, consider supplementing with vitamin D in the morning (2000-5000IU). I did both of these things about a year ago and it helped tremendously with my sleep problems. Before I needed at least one hour to fall asleep..
