Hi mates,

I've got a problem or maybe not:) So i registered a new domain name in Feb 2021 for my client, and in March I begun publishing articles (30 articles per month). All articles are 100% unique. Till May everything was fine, only 5 articles got Discovered - currently not indexed status. In May something weird begun happening, 22 articles out of 25 got Discovered - currently not indexed status.

I don't understand what's going on, even my articles categories have Discovered - currently not indexed status. Can it be because, my website doesn't have any trust yet from Google ( DA-1, PA-1) and therefore my crawl budget is low? Right now I only publish articles, 0 backlinks or some shady stuff. I've never faced with this problem before.

I know this is stupid but in April 28 this page domain/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php got no index status. Don't know why. Now in the header it has no-index tag. Can it be the reason why Google doesn't want to index most of my new publish articles?

P. S. I've read the definition about this status but it doesn't explain me the reason.

Try submitting using Google webmaster tool.
I too faced this problem previously.
I used webmaster tools and submitted all URL's one after other.
In 48 hours all my URL's got indexed.

I've tried it, don't solve this problem. Each new article I index with Google webmaster tool.

Have you tried going to Google Console to inspect URL on each article, usually Google tells you there what it thinks of the URL and why did not indexed.

Usually the problems are canonicals URLs, poor quality content or duplicate content. Also does your articles pass copyscape check?

You registered the domain in february, you are still in sandbox, you will see them indexed starting this summer.

I had the same problem with one of my sites. I've built some links to the website and now they can get indexed without any problems

admin-ajax.php is a stand alone page - no index applies only to that.
Perhaps try changing your wordpress theme and see if it solves the problem.
Also look if Search console shows any crawling error after this change..

All articles are 100% unique. According to Console all urls don't have any problems and can be indexed

Didn't want to force backlinks, usually I start backlinking campaign in 6 months on brand new websites, but this time seems that I don't have a choice:) I was thinking about the same that probably I need to gather some trust thru backlinks.

But, when you inspect url what does it tell you, usually answer is in there why google did not index it.

It tells me that everything is alright but somehow, they have discovered-currently not indexed status. I wouldn't create this thread if something was wrong with URL's or content. That's the point that everything is fine.

I understand that but, usually when this happens to me, I inspect URL to check the reason why Google did not indexed but, as @SpezzNacci said try placing some backlinks but, for me is not that because if URL was discovered but not indexed it means that Google robot went through your URL but, consider for some reason not to index it and main reasons for that is that is duplicate content, no index tag or some sort of google penalty on domain but, if you say that domain is new it should have no penalty on it. So, the problem should be the content or no index tag but, that is why I was asking you to inspect url because if you do and content or no index tag is the problem google console tells you.

All pages have index tags and all articles are 100% unique. Plus, trust me even if you have not unique content google will index it. I got a client and when he hired me, almost all his products and articles had been plagiarized. Uniqueness of the content were around 30%-50% and all pages were indexed. When I click test live I see only green marks, no errors or mistakes.

Then there is some issue with domain or hosting, have you check domain on archive.org to see domains past?

It takes quite sometime to index new articles with new domains. I remember it used to take around a week or so.

Are you sure you're not blocking the indexation with anything like Yoast settings, robots.txt, .htaccess file?

Search console and Ahref don't show any problem with indexation. Again in the beginning everything was ok, it all started in May. Plus pages which were already indexed don't have any problems with re-indexation. All my tools show that pages are indexable. Yandex index all pages only Google makes my life miserable:)

What does Google Search Console show in the positioning of your article? And check the date of the last crawl when you copy-paste your article URL there.

Near the end of the last year, I experienced multiple times a disappearance of some of my articles, they are in the top 5, and then they disappear completely nowhere to be found, and after a couple of days they return. Many users in the forum complained about the same thing, the algorithm before the last update had the tendency to do that. Anyway, that's to keep in mind aswell!
