Increase Google hits - have a few a day

Hi Blackhatters,

Thanks for a nice forum. So much knowledge here.

So, I've created this blog with niched searches. Then, I hacked some spreadsheets and used some spiders to gather unique data and created about 900 unique pages in wordpress with pictures, affiliate links and what not. I am just seeing google hits "picking up" so, I have 2-4 hits from Google every day, and a few is clicking through and giving me commission.

First - Everytime someone click on my link on Google, my ranks increase, I suppose?

Second - What can I do to increase ranking for all my pages? Backlink? But How do I backlink to 900 pages? Should I add them to Website directories and such?
