When you move your DNS to them it is very easy, they pull all your records from your current DNS so you will not have to edit it all by yourself, just change the nameservers after you add the domain and wait for CF to verify it all, just don´t forget to set the proxy on every value to off like in the image above. It is generally a couple of minutes work only.
