Ideas on how to use quality expired web 2's without relevance

As you may have noticed lately, i have had a push on expired web 2 domains. Having now gotten myself a nice portfolio for no money, just man hours ( which can be viewed as money i suppose) i find myself with the last scrapes having lots of web 2's with some lovely high da do follow links from sites un-relevant to my niche. So how could i use them?

These are domains with links from religion/churches, educational/teaching etc that have lots amazing say da88 do follows from university sites, .orgs, schools, loads of high da church sites and directories etc too. how can i make these work for my niche which is the gift industry? Would links from universities etc work if i put educational toys ond educational toy blogs on them, perhaps craft gifts?

Any suggestions please do shout.

cheers @ButterflyCollector , good thinking. I seem to have amassed lots of different expired web 2's in the last few days that are totally unrelated to my niche so, good idea.
