What do you mean by "handle your website"? Do you mean everything that has to do with your site (SEO, maintenance, content creation, etcetera)?

Why not post on a freelancer website such as Upwork? If you want a professional who knows what they're doing you'll have to vet people properly to find exactly what you want.
