I have emails list i want to send need help

I have some 20,000 emails list and i have a video i want to send that video to the 20k list which website or tool should i use thank you

You can use email Marketing tool like Mailchimp or Brevo for that I think.
 
Try with multiple Gmails, mail.ru and don't exceed 250 emails per day until it crosses the warmup zone. After that, you can send 500 to 1000 emails per day.

like from my website i need to create like support or [email protected] and then start sending 500 emails per day from that email ?
 
You can consider using Brevo or Mailercloud, both offer up to 300 emails per day on their free plans and have some of the most affordable pricing options available.
 
Send video with email attached isn't good I guess. Ofc, you can send them to your landing page

is there any free tool from which i can find expired emails and delete them ?

This is not always the case, as email clients have varying levels of support for multimedia content. If the user is using a web-based email client, they might be able to play the video directly within the email. However, if they're using a desktop email client, they might need to click on the video to download it or open it in a separate application
 
I think, there is a website for this like SendPulse. I try it before, not bad.
 
Vids can be heavy it’s better to upload your video to YouTube then include the video link or embed a thumbnail image linked to the video in your email. Directly attaching large videos can hurt deliverability and get your emails flagged as spam.
 
You can use mailchimp tool with Google Chrome browser.
