I am looking for someone who can create software same as Massplanner.

Can be done but will cost you to much in updates unfortuntly .

A program like massplanner needs a programming team to each module so it cost hell lot of cash .

Split testing will also cost a lot , split testing in scrapping when the updates are done and there done very often.

Really you need to be the programmer to do this type of project .

Unless you got a huge buget in mind .
