Hi, each server is newly deployed using our custom created images - to match with our licensing structure as well, the server event logs were dated back to when it was initially created, updated, and installed with some pre-installed software such as Google Chrome, Net frameworks (all version), C++ Redist (all version), and with a lot of optimization on services/cleanup! It hasn't been updated in a while, we will be sure to roll out a new update this/next week!
BHW is available just now! And yes, you can download torrents on the VPS but not seeding files as it will attract copyright reports (non copyright content is fine though!), private tracker also working fine.
There was no excuses for our lacks of responses, we were extremely overloaded and proved unprofessional in the past 2-3 months, this matter has been brought to our attention and we have been working to resolve it. We also had internal conflicts not too long ago and it's been sorted. I believe we will be sailing smoothly starting from early March!

I would suggest you to display the available balance of a users right on top of the screen, near the Profile menu bar

I told them that since last Dec and they just give me bunch of words without any solution while asking me check my invoice 1by1 to calculate my balance in support
trust me they will tell u " we will do it bla bla" but at the end nothing will happen trust me
I've already clarified that the function is not supported on our back end (WHMCS), hence, it needs to be custom developed, and that feature is not more important than others that on our road map (API, Network Enhancements, Custom ACL rules, ...). You asked for 2FA, it's already implemented as it's crucial for security sakes and we've already been working on it for a while.
I've clearly mentioned if our service is not something that you are looking for, it's best that you go with a higher end provider such as Vultr + Digital Ocean + AWS + Google Cloud that is fully support hourly credits model, we are monthly subscription model and our "Add funds" feature is just a workaround to help customers auto renew their service while Paypal subscription is disabled due to some technical issues (until we figured out a better way to handle Paypal auto payment that don't mis-charge customers). The credits feature will be closed as soon as we got Paypal subscription back running.
We have to prioritize what most needed and make more sense on our side, we can't do all customers requests because our human resources is limited, we are not huge corps with hundreds of employees/developers. So far there is only 1 request on this feature (which is from you), compares with 20-35ish requests on other features that being worked on @Futurex ideas is quite simple as it's just an interface change and I would expect to have it done within 24 hours
