How you make indians buy?

I think it will only work, if buyer is developing sites for clients. When there are plenty of HQ free templates available for free, I don't think an individual from india will spend 40-50 bucks.
 
The only 2 things I can think of is to lower your prices for the region or offer different (and cheaper) products.
 
Gather a list by offering them something for free, thru the list give them pointers how to get extra $ then sell them products. Also as mentioned the price might be too steep due the their avg salary and the options how they could buy online.
 
Make sure to reduce the price and also offer Payment by "Netbanking".We Indians love Either Cash on Delivery or Net banking. Some people don't like to fill in their CC details. They feel insecure! lol

What "cash on delivery"? What "free shipping"? Templates and themes are sent once the money is sent.
