How to successfully convert profiles to pages?

This is my first go at this. I have built up a hot female profile up to 5K full of niche related friends and now I want to convert her profile into a page and merge pages with my niche page.

Is this a simple task or am I risking losing my profile?

Also, say if I do accomplish everything and combine this profile with my niche page, what happens to the email login for the female profile? Would I be able to use it again to create the profile to rinse and repeat?

If profiles are following me since I don't have room for friends, do they get converted along the process too?

My methods are getting me about 500+ requests a day and I confirm about 100 every few hours with only a few verification windows. So I just want to convert this over to my niche page and start again but with my newly gained knowledge.

Can anyone recommend a guide for this or give me some general knowledge about how to do this?

You can turn that profile into a page, that is easy and you wont have any problems with that, the tricky thing can be to merge the pages, the profile needs to have a similar name than the page you want to merge it with.
