Social Networks Auto Poster (SNAP) is the only one I know that can submit to all social networks.

Does all the main ones like FB, Twitter, Pinterest, G+, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Reddit, Digg, Stumbleupon and tons more smaller ones like Tagged, VK and loads more I've never used.

Can also set it up to re-post every 'X' days so you're continually getting new eyes and traffic onto your posts.

People should consider turning their content into more than just posts - PDFs, infographics, audo files, videos. Some people like one type of content but not others and you can syndicate to more places.

I like to turn my articles into forum posts or mini posts on social media hubs (i.e. groups I don't own but have big audiences that I'd like to tap into).
