Contact developers of prominent low priced coins like DOGE, SHIB, etc and ask them if they would be Interested to get you to send email marketing to those users promoting to buy coin which can benefit those coins to grow in price
I’m actually into deploying memecoin myself, e-mail marketing isn’t effective.

How much lowest u could get it down to publish coin safely without getting snipped the moment it went live?
Last I heard some guy was able to do it for 7K USD including security audit, gas fee etc
