If it makes you feel better at all, homepages are notoriously bad for blogs. They just have too much going on. It might be better to turn your homepage into a more focused landing page to guide people to what they might be most interested in on your site. Also, a few unsolicited pointers:
- Your header pushes all of your content below the fold. Very bad.
- From the homepage, click "Coffee Machines" in the menu. Your menu goes vertical.
- Click on any of your articles, and you get a completely different menu. This is very bad for user experience, and may cause crawling issues if you don't link things up internally very well. Actually, just clicking through your header menu randomly, the menu items jump all over the place.
- You definitely need way more content.

This is the best onpage seo guide I ever read, it was a great pdf but the sites down, guide was ahead of its time most of the things it says to do like super low keyword density is just becoming more popular now and im seeing moz and ahrefs articles on it. This should help you

I analyze your blog.
1. you have to change your meta title and include your focus keyword in it.
2. you also have to make your website attractive for the users and also reliable
3. google didn't have updated cache of your website. you have to submit your home page link on major search engines
4. on your website you didn't connect any webmaster and also google analytics
these are some points which I think that you have to correct.

for sure it was ahead of its time, actually alot of the new guides i read on ahrefs moz etc bring up the ideas in this guide like they stumbled upon something new
