I Have Created an Blogspot for writing blogs , Frequently I'm Updating the Blog Updated the Robots.txt also , But It is Not Crawled By Google and not indexed , Kindly Help me with the Settings

GSC is the best method , get some links to the site it would index within few weeks .

on initial stage Guest posts will hep you prove your relevancy to google, it also helps you get good traffic and increase metrics. further you can build PBN to increase the metrics.

When was the last time you saw blogstpot blog popping up in your searches?
Yes... you can use indexing services from this forum for free, through trials but they won't help you much.

Use your own domain ,then you can index it in GSC.

Your blogspot is not crawled by Google because maybe there is an issue with the settings in your Robots.txt file. You can check if you have blocked Google bots from crawling your site. Also, make sure your blog is not set to "noindex" in the settings. I checked your blog link, and it seems to be working fine. Try checking these settings and see if it helps in getting your blog crawled and indexed by Google.

To index your blogspot site on Google, submit your site to Google Search Console, request indexing using the URL Inspection Tool, and add your sitemap. Ensure your blog is public in settings and promote it for faster indexing.
