How to get Micro Niche Domains Which have age and PR ?Where to find them? How to check the PR is real?

I have looked into godayy auction and some other domain auction sites to find the way of getting lots of MNS Domain but i cant find a proper way to find the it

I saw many people buy this type of aged and PR Domain make a site put some content and sell them in flippa!

Is there anything you can help ?

I searched there.....but not satisfied !
I searched and find few PR and Aged domain in auction but the Buy It Now Price is more then i expect.

Some people are selling PR 2 Aged Niche relevant site (not only domain) with $50
I am pretty sure there maybe any tools/private forum/easy way to find Aged PR domain with niche relevant. Is there anything BHW member who can help me ?
