How to find out why someone got banned?

Sometimes i see a good post that seems legit. But then i see that the user is banned, and i wonder: "was it because of this post?" And i could just check the banned person's latest post, which most likely was why he/she got banned. But when i click on their name, then on view profile. It tells me that the user doesnt exist (ofcourse, since it got banned). I would of loved if under the "banned" tag, it tells you why he/she got banned. (also, is it possible to view a post that had caused the user to get banned?)

Are you talking about this forum? It is probably because they:
1. Scammed someone
2. created another account
3. Scammed someone and created another account

Don't you think it's bad enough for them to be banned without rubbing their noses in it

simple rule of bhw mods will not reveal why a user was banned .
bout it.

The simple reason is they broke the forum rules.

And as @proxygo mentioned above, the mods don't tell us, so we rarely bother to ask
