I would like to know how to cloak affiliate links in bulk in Wordpress? I want to create affiliate datafeed blog from .CSV file. I need to cloak all affiliate links there.

Is there such Wordpress plugin that allows to do such or web tool?

You can use the Redirection plugin. There is an option to import csv files. There are 3 columns:

source target hits

It was designed to import previously exported data, that's why hits is there. You can prepare a csv like that quite easily.
