how to automatically get post ID for latest posts of friends?

I'm trying to find a way, using iMacro or a bot or whatever, to automatically get a list of the facebook post IDs for my friends latest posts, on their personal timelines.

Example: if I have 2 friends, Dave and John, and have their facebook IDs on a list (or file), I want to run this every day, and get 2 urls (or fb post ID):
1) a url for Dave's latest post on his timeline.
2) a url for John's latest post on his timeline.

So, if (for example) this guy was my friend:
Q/placzekdap
(replace Q with facebook dot com)
I would want to get a links to his latest post:
Q/photo.php?fbid=828731510520081&set=a.147661605293745.29017.100001497181772
(replace Q with facebook dot com)
Or just the FBID for that post:
828731510520081


I've looked at many fb bots, and some can do this for fb pages, but not for personal timelines.

anyone have an idea?

there is a user here named sashablack, I think he has a user ID scraper, contact him.

I contacted him, but his scraper (like the other scrapers I know) can only scrape the users IDs, not their posts' IDs.
