I published about ten different creatives on fb ( meta ) for my replica store (without ever mentioning the brand name either on my store or in the ad description) and they were all rejected.

So I would like to know if there is a way to publish and run replica ads without them being rejected?

When advertising creative that has a “copycat” element, rejection is very common because today’s moderation system is much more sophisticated. To limit the risk, make sure all images, videos, and ad content are completely new – no re-use of the original, including recognizable fonts or colors. The description should avoid any phrases that might make the system associate the original brand, including popular keywords. In addition, keep the account clean: new pixels, domain with no history of violations, stable advertising history. Last but not least, warm-up the account properly and divide the budget to test the response gradually, instead of spending a large budget right from the start.

You can invest in clean ad accounts and create new content. Avoid copying because meta will scan very strictly if you want your ads to be spring split.

Meta’s AI is super strict with anything that even hints at replicas. You’ll need solid cloaking or shift platforms FB isn’t replica-friendly anymore, even without brand names.

Tips to increase ad approval rate
Tips Description
Run Engagement first Post on page, run interaction for 1–2 days → then switch to traffic/conversion
Target broadly & not interested too early Helps the algorithm learn better and avoid being judged as "too targeted"
Use Dynamic Creative (dynamic content) Allow Facebook to test the most effective images & captions
Send appeal if rejected Click "Request review" and include a simple explanation (eg: "We use real product images and no exaggerated claims")

Great points! When dealing with “copycat” creatives, it’s crucial to ensure everything is fresh — no reused images, fonts, or colors. Avoid any phrases that can link to the original brand, and keep your account clean with new pixels and a history of stable ads. Warm up your account gradually with smaller budgets and test responses before scaling.

Yeah, replica ads are tricky on Meta — even if you don’t mention brand names, their AI picks up on product style, layout, and even visual similarities.
What helps:
  • Use generic-looking creatives with lifestyle shots instead of product-focused ones.
  • Avoid showing logos or product angles that scream “replica”.
  • Send traffic to a neutral prelander or quiz page to break the direct link to your store
That said, you still need solid accounts and cloaking if you're scaling.

Let try another content and avoid violating FB policy about gambit ads or some similar field. It also depend on your ads account if they have been flagged as violated one.

You can refresh yourself by creating new content about the product, do not reuse old images and colors, avoid displaying logos. It is best to have a clean account with a hidden browser to help you avoid the risk of being banned.

With the problem of unapproved ads, we should first think about creating new content, images, videos, .... But if you still want to try with old content, you can find healthy account sources, service providers may have some tips that may help you.

For replicas, you’ll need heavy cloaking—use tools like Noipfraud or DemonCloaker. Don’t link directly to product pages. Warm aged accounts or agency BMs are a must. Keep creatives super clean and use safe pages for review. Real ad goes live only post-approval.

Posts with copied content are spammed and removed by FB. You should change the content of the post to avoid violating the policy.

Advertising duplicate products is always a high risk as automated detection systems become more sophisticated. Even if you don’t mention the brand name, algorithms can still identify it based on the image, contextual description, or pixel history. The best way to do this today is to use a high-quality cloaker, valid pre-lander content, and carefully vet creative to avoid red flags. Additionally, rotate clean accounts, warm up properly, and don’t let creative run as is across multiple accounts. Ideally, keep your manual review rate as low as possible.

This is a common challenge with replica stores — even if you don’t mention the brand name, Meta’s detection is way more advanced now (image recognition, site scanning, etc.).

One workaround some marketers use is to “layer” the funnel:

Run a clean, compliant landing page first

Use vague creatives that don’t trigger brand filters

Then redirect to the replica content after a click (via a cloaked jump or smart redirect logic)

Also — how are your ad accounts set up? Running replicas on regular BM accounts without proper warming or masking will almost always lead to instant rejection.

Not condoning anything blackhat, just sharing insights from what I’ve seen others go through.

Hope that helps a bit!

Not only brand names in advertisements are banned, even products that are not very popular on the market will be easily banned, Facebook will easily put you on the list of counterfeit goods.

Choose products in the safety field. Almost no problems.

Facebook's AI can detect replicas even without brand names using image recognition and page signals.
Running replica ads is risky—most get flagged fast, even with clean text.
If you still want to try, use cloaking + warm pages, but know it’s high-risk and not sustainable.

There are many factors that cause your ads to be rejected continuously, but the most important is the content and images you are using. You should change it, do not let the logo image be too obvious. You can also consider switching to another account. In addition, cloaking is also a good solution for running products like this.

Facebook prohibits advertising of copyrighted or unauthentic products. If your product is similar to or copied from a branded product, your ad will be rejected. Therefore, avoid advertising copycat products without clear distinction. If your product is an improved version or has a unique feature, emphasize that difference in the ad.

maybe your running product is meta flagged product, you can slightly blur some content
