How to access university FB groups / get university e-mail adress?

I want to access FB groups that require a university e-mail domain. Of course I don't have those e-mail adresses. Does anyone know a solution / a service that can help? Thanks in advance!

Just tell them you'd like to join their group.

And when they ask you why, just tell them you'd like to spam the group with pornography.

Never know, they might be into that kinda thing. ;-)

Sorry, I should have described it better. I want to access the official university groups but they require a university e-mail adress (e.g. [email protected]) of the respective university to get access. So there's an automatism behind. Does anyone know a workaround or how I could get such an account? Anyone here who can maybe help? Thanks!
