Products are very different than information pages. The information is already contained in a supplier database and just needs to have a UPC scanned in to create a page. Your dismissal of the effort involved is bizarre to me. Can you create a site like this? How long would it take you?

From 2,000$-5,000$ to be real, with all the data, backend & front... Site itself doesn't look that spectacular.

Sincerely I made similar websites using WiX or Wordpress for less than $1000.

take $59-$79 for theme + $150-$300 for plugin maybe more depending on the requirement.
content upload worth $800+ depending on content excluding content writing.
designer's cost minimum of $300+,
More If it has some hidden features.

seems like there are more than 10k pages, so yeah it is all about getting that content updated and it does takes a lot of time i guess
 
$20-$50 if you're just talking about the home page design with basic sub pages. probably cost $3000 + on content, pictures, internal links these are hard labor work.
