How much ad revenue for 15k unique users

I own a small movie download site with about 15000 visitors a day, 90% of whom are from North America.

I am with an ad networtk that have Poup Ads enabled on my site. For the 15000 unique users they pay me 100€ a day.

Is this scam? I have the feeling that the ad networks that offer pop ads hide revenue from the user.

What are good/normal rates for popup ads on websites with US traffic? Average.

Perhaps the majority of visitors have pop-ups deactivated or use an ad blocker. Have you considered this?
 
100€ day is perfect.
I would be very happy to receive it from just 1 website.
I wouldnt complain at all.

I have recommended to others too that if you have such site then tell people to Disable their adblock or refuse to run before they disable it.
Tell them "Ads are crucial to keep this site alive."
Use chatgpt to make nice text.
 
Pop ads are maybe the most annoying thing so you should be glad they still visit your website and you get paid well for the shit you offer. Be creative and find other ways to monetize it.
 
100 EUR per day? You are scamming them or it's probably 10 EUR.
 
Sounds like you get almost half a million unique visitors a month …

For around 3,000 euros. Seems pretty low to me …

Ever thought of selling your own product instead?
 
Try other networks or try to monetize with other options like CPA.
 
I think ¢100 is okay since I used to be paid $100 for the same amount of traffic by Ezoic. And mine was a technical niche but you are getting such amount in the entertainment niche.
 
what is that, roughly $6.66 CPM? that's fine for one site that is only monetized with pops.

the CPA idea people are suggesting is interesting, but it really depends on your niche. you can't just put a CPA offer on your site and suddenly make more money. you'll have to test various offers, and test them with and without the pops, and i would start without the pops. but this means you won't be making that popup money while you test.

honestly, doesn't sound like a broken machine, sounds well oiled. keep it going and work on a new project, you already got passive income.
 
Popups typically pay very less compared to display ads
Switch to Ezoic
 
You can get paid more than 100$ for 15k Views per day from tier 1 country.
 
Looks good to me. I don't know if you can get accepted in networks like Ezoic or Valueimpression. You can still give it a try.
 
You wont be able to know the true value of income that traffic can bring in except you try other advertising network.
 
If you are not aggressively sending Ads, or making sure those 15000 Unique Users are pressing ads.
Basically its good for what you got to offer.

You can add more methods for monetization. You can monetize through URL shorteners or CPA marketing.
