I don't think you should sell this subreddit if you really have so many subs. You can make a lot of money through ads, sponsorships and promotional stuff. If there is demand of your NSFW content in your subreddit's niche, it would also increase its value.

As you saying if its an active subreddit, dont sell it. Grow more and monetize it.

If it is active with users actively participating in conversation (or whatever) don't sell it. You'd make more from running it than selling it.
