First thing never ahare your site url on forums unless you want to promote it, which is not allowed. Try google adword.

If you talking about the engaging content . I post so many blog related to technology, but its don't give me more traffic.

the easier way is to segment your market; I mean if you know who are your targets that would be pretty simple. There are software which do that, I use Visiblee.io but it is a cost. I'm sure there are some free. Heard about turnstile.me but never tried it.
These software track your users and give you their contact info so you just have to email them and it helps you better pinpoint your customers/users.

You need better backlinks. If you've been working on your website, done all seo tasks like you said, now even if you have built backlinks but no rankings then they are probably low-quality. Link building is usually the seo task where most people fail (considering that you have done the keyword research and it's not a high-comp commercial niche).
