How do you choose your Instagram hashtags ?

I pick hashtags based on my niche and post content. I mix small, medium and large ones so I can rank in smaller tags but still get some reach from bigger ones. I also check similar accounts are using.

  • Big hashtags (500k+ posts) for reach.
  • Mid ones (50k–500k) for steady traffic.
  • Niche ones (under 50k) for targeted audience.
 
Instagram hashtags can be copy from list of uploads from competitors or download trend hash app to get residential trend hash if run with proxies.
It is advise to run related keyword hash to give more chances on upload engage.
 
I mix big (1M+), medium (100k–500k) and small (<50k) hashtags — big for reach, small/niche to actually rank. Also rotate them and check what works in your niche.
