You need to use Hashtags which are related to the Post you are posting, Small ones. Avoid common and big used ones as they will not benefit any reach to your account

usually go for a mix of trending, niche and low comp tags. gotta keep it relevant to the post vibe so it actually reaches the right ppl. not just spamming random ones

What you can do is go to the explore page and have it optimized so that you get similar reels as the ones you post. Then you can check in their description and see the hashtags they are using (typically already trending ones), and put them in your post.

Just stick to a certain niche, choose hashtags that are placed on top of that niche and have the most posts/views.
Overtime, they will start increasing your views heavily

I choose hashtags that match my content. I search trending ones and test which get more reach. I also save good hashtags to use again later. Simple but it works.
