How Do I Start To Get Clicks?

I have my CPA link in a certain manual redirect site popular with instagram, and in the past two days I've gotten no clicks. I use GMT2 and follow 150 people per day as well as use the repost function making the top line say "check out (OGAds Offer), link in bio." but I haven't noticed any results. I always hear about people making ~$0.3 per account per day, but I haven't made anything.

I'm currently targeting those who liked brands in a similar niche's most recent picture with the following restrictions:
Min Followers/Following:0
Max Followers/Following:1.1
Max Followings: 2000
Max Days Since Last Post: 7

Ignore Private:
Ignore No Profile:
Ignore Followers:
Ignore Non-English
Ignore Business:
Ignore Verified:

Like Most Recent Posts: 1-3
Chance to Like Posts: 65%

Should I just give it time? Make my targeting less strict?

0.3 per account? That sounds way too hopeful. Maybe 0.3 per 20?
