How do I monetize my Instagram ads traffic?

I have instagram that has good ad thresholds in them! But I'm trying to find a way to make money out of that insta traffic without getting banned.

If you want without a ban, then you need to look towards white affiliate programs. You won't get banned for selling white goods or services.

I think Instagram bans accounts who ads CPA links in ads, how do I get past it?

Safest way is to send the traffic to clean self-hosted landingpage first and then redirect them to a CPA offer from there. Of course you will lose a part of your visitors on this landingpage but it is the way to go if you want to keep your account safe.

I've heard some of them use their telegram channels as a landing page, is that a way too?

It is possible but the conversion rates for that are terrible.
