Submit your site to Google Search Console, create a sitemap, and build some quality content with internal/external links—these steps usually help new sites get indexed faster.
Getting a site indexed is usually fast if you do a couple of basics:
Submit the URL in Google Search Console
Build a few backlinks from already-indexed pages (even social profiles or Web 2.0s work)
Make sure you have a proper sitemap and internal links
Ranking is a completely different story. That depends on content quality, backlinks, and niche competition. There isn’t really a “magic button” that puts you on page one overnight.
That said, there are people who offer indexing services (they ping links, use networks, or push through high crawl sites) which can speed things up. Just be cautious: some work well, others are snake oil.
If you just want indexing, you can do it yourself with the steps above. If you want fast rankings, that usually means paying for backlinks or running ads.
Fast indexing and ranking isn’t about magic, it’s about signals. Use API indexing + strong authority backlinks for speed, but combine it with clean content + structure if you want results that stick.
