i don't have clear idea about black hat seo and also how it works exactly. is it good or bad for my website or blog site? can anyone help me?

Black Hat SEO is most commonly defined as a disapproved practice that nevertheless could increase a page's ranking in a search engine result page (SERP)

The following SEO tactics are considered black hat and should not be exercised at all if you want to stay above board with Google and other search engines:

It is deadly opposite to white hat technique, it does not accept search engine guidelines. There are a lot of methods that come under the blackhat technique used to rank keywords in different ways.

More advanced BH SEO also (more accurately put) circumvents Google penalties or other obstacles in order to improve rankings. This might involve using automation (bots) to simulate the impression white hat methods are being used, when they are not. Or exploiting known exceptions that Google does not penalize, or can't find (using parasite urls to blast links to, PBN networks that are truly private, or curated sites to post duplicate content to, etc).

Black hat SEO works just fine, and lots of people doing it.

I doesn't work wonders, but if you get really good you can get much faster results. Also shorter term results sadly.

I have interviewed a few popular sites personally and they said they ranked up their site through ways that would be considered blackhat now. I think blackhat is great to do when you're small and making little to no money and as you get bigger and can afford it, switch over to whitehat.

The blackhat and whitehat terms are pretty weird. What may be whitehat today can be blackhat tomorrow. So just keep that in mind.
