Hi. I'm new here and I'm planning on creating my first blog using wordpress % goDaddy. I'm not sure though, if this hosting plan is good enough.

    WORDPRESS HOSTING
    • Basic
    • A great way to get started.
    • As low as
    • ₱45.99 /month
    • On sale - Save 86%
      • ₱349.00 /month when you renew 4
    • 1 website
    • 10GB SSD storage
    • 25,000 monthly visitors
    • SFTP access
    • Free domain with annual plan

    P.S. ₱45.99 = $1 USD

It's fine. The thing with hosting is that you get more and more for comparatively less and less - for example, you might get a 10 website plan for $2/month.

But, if you only plan on having one site at the moment then it's fine.

And if your site takes off and you go above 25,000 visitors per month you can always upgrade.

Ps assuming you are using Wordpress, make sure it comes with a MySQL database as well.

I don't recommend Godaddy. Take a look at Poweruphosting for instance.

Can you suggest any shared hosting site that charge like $15 annually similar to what godaddy charges for wordpress hosting? I'm trying to save as much money as of now. But ofcourse if I become a bit lucky and receive lots of traffic, I surely will upgrade.

don't use godaddy's hosting service , only buy domain from godaddy ... use bluehost or hostgator for hosting purposes
