Hi BHW! I need some help

Hi.I am now starting again to promote my old affiliate advertiser using CJ.I am interested tio pay someone who is good at wordpress optimization and SEO . The domain is .co.uk and the keywords I'm using are very low competition.
I bought traffic from maxvisits,like 20k in 20 days and 3 articles 300-500 words till now.So how should I promote this time to not get my account disabled again and to get some real leads too.

I wanted to buy some bhw services to get indexed and to increase the SERPs.I will create a facebook fan page to my site also.What do you think about it? I must tell you that I have never secured real leads for cj,and in the last 3 months I got every account disabled but I still got the money after 2 months from the month I made the fake accounts using Dinamic Ip.
