Here's my content creation tech stack & process for cranking out high-quality content quickly - What are your favorite tools and processes?

all of them are paid this thread is useless.

Did I ever claim any were free? Most of the best tools aren't free, and plenty of tools are worth paying for - especially when you can find many of the ones listed here for one-time costs in software aftermarkets and trade groups.

Do you still use Headlime and Postpace now?
I find the combination of these two tools really good for blogging.

I'm always looking for new tools to improve my content marketing - I'm not a huge fan of staring at a blank page and trying to come up with full 500-2000+ word articles for my sites from scratch.

Hey friend, please don't abandon us! This is the best topic on content management and SAAS writing tools in all of Blackhatworld. Every day I visit this topic for new updates and tips, which are very valuable.

I'm making the same request using Quilbot, see: :):)

Wow sorry for the super delayed reply - I thought I had replied back and guess I never did, sorry about that! I don't use either of those tools anymore as I've found better alternatives (mentioned below)

Thanks for the kind words, and sorry for the lack of updates here!

My stack has changed a bit, and I currently use the following for different parts of my content based on needs:

Wordplay.ai - best one-click generator I've tested so far

Outranking - A quick way to get the sections and topics outlined for a target keyword/topic. I use these outline to feed to Wordplay.ai and will generate a bit of content in it to mix in with Wordplay's output.

Bertha.ai - to flesh out the paragraphs from wordplay.ai after I've pasted everything into a new post on WordPress

TextBuilder.ai - to generate Top X Product Review sections which I mix into the content

CrawlQ - to generate some personalized intro and outro content that speaks directly to my target audience

And I add PAA-based FAQ content at the bottom

Then I optimize everything with MartketMuse

I don't add all of the above into every article, I like to mix and match to add varied content for my sites.

I still have Frase and ClosersCopy and several other tools but don't really work them into my current flow at the moment - I would like to at some point though as they both have their own strengths and uses

This is just a quick update of my current stack, I need to flesh out a more detailed workflow to post here one of these days when I get more time - hopefully it helps and I'm happy to answer any questions, and am always looking for new ideas and tools!

Hey X just wanted to say that I really appreciate all the effort you've put in keeping this updated and coming back to us!

With your new stack, how long does it take to publish a new article? (from start to finish?).

Also, how long is an average article?

Many thanks for keeping this thread going,.

I vary the length from a minimum around 1000 words to a max of between 3-5k words if I include everything (custom intro/outros with CrawlQ, 5-10 recommended products with TextBuilder, FAQ section, and body content with Wordplay + Outranking + Bertha).

The longest part is optimization - if I do a quick pass of optimizing, a full quality 3k word article usually takes 1-2 hours (as long as AI output is cooperating, sometimes a little longer if I need to re-prompt or just manually fix some content).

If I take some extra time to max out the MarketMuse score it can take 3-5 hours for a solid pillar post.

I PMed everyone who requested the Frase seller,
Please note: I am not affiliated with him or anyone else, I just had a great transaction with that seller, + he is selling at cost (+ PP fees), others charge extra for trading. Maybe he got few codes from Frase founders or something.
Please, as @X said, do your due diligence, apply the codes to your account as soon as you send him payment.

Nice workflow man, I would like to add Grammarly and WordTune on top of those, I got Linguix but at the moment it's still can not be compared to Grammarly at any point, maybe in the future, so I am considering it at maybe a long term investment as their roadmap seems promising.
WordTune had a 40% discount for the lifetime deal FB group members that I missed unfortunately, their free version is good enough tough.
I decided finally to keep Market Muse after they confirmed that we can change domains in the upcoming update.
I got WriteSonic as a backup for Nichesss, at this moment I haven't tried it yet, maybe in my next blog post I will see their output.
Could you PM me the Fraser seller info? Would appreciate it

I wouldn't recommend buying Frase anymore from a second hand unless it comes with its email and the seller is 100% trusted. There was a huge drama there last year.

So which AI writer would you suggest right now for those who want one tool only?

I'm also very interested in Marketmuse. I used Frase for a while, but honestly it doesn't save me much time, and now you have to pay more to add competitors when building a new brief. Maybe it's not worth it anymore

autoblogger.ai or nichesss if you're into one click blogging

I'm rather preoccupied with all the various things involved with running a business and don't even want to spend any time editing the output from the AI before posting it to my blog. Therefore, I've decided that maybe I won't actually need neuronwriter, because it seems like a drag to spend an hour working on AI generated content to add in relevant keywords and whatever.

Before a week ago, I'd had absolutely zero blog posts, and have been doing about $100k a year in sales to my business primarily through paid advertising and word of mouth and some organics since I've been around for about a decade.

I wonder how bad it would be to just churn out several AI articles a day related to my niche without any editing or verification of the output. Seems like some people do exactly this and see good results?

ChatGPT has completely disrupted the AI market.

I agree, it is revolutionary - though I personally don't use it for actual content creation as it tends to return content that is repetitive, flat, and generic (which leads me to the suspicion that it churns out very similar content for others using it, as I sometimes get almost identical results from prompts even over time). However, for generating new ideas, building out content topics, and overall strategizing it is incredibly powerful.
