Here's my content creation tech stack & process for cranking out high-quality content quickly - What are your favorite tools and processes?

Hey guys, what do you consider the best AI writing for general articles? I.e. outlines and general long copy not just intro

Plenty of options - Many will recommend Jarvis/con.ai but I'd recommend Frase, ContentVillain, Outranking, ClosersCopy, or Rytr. CC is the best deal for the price right now, unless you can get a lifetime license for one of the others listed at a decent price on the aftermarket.

Mr X
What are your thoughts about this new AI tool sold at the forum:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/a...ideo-descriptions-many-other-modules.1367834/Not expensive at all

Price is solid, but it doesn't look like anything I'd want to pay monthly for with all the AI LTDs that come and go. When I have a few days I'll try the trial out and report back - don't want to sign up until I can spend some time with it since it's only 2 days, though.

@X As per quality instead of pricing, which one would you choose, Frase or Jarvis?

Has anyone tried WordHero and Rytr? WordHero is on Appsumo with an Unlimited LTD that is expiring soon. I bought it a few weeks ago along with Rytr. I like Rytr but don't like the 50k charactor limit so I've been using WordHero instead. They now have a long form editor as an option and it works great. If you buy WordHero be sure to get the editor too.

I'm new to AI, is there any reason to keep Rytr too? Seems like it might be a good idea for me to get a refund and use it on another app. Black Friday is coming up soon . . .

Hi, what your experience on wordhero? I'm struggling to choose between rytr+nichess or wordhero as they provide unlimited character.

Hi, what your experience on wordhero? I'm struggling to choose between rytr+nichess or wordhero as they provide unlimited character.
I am just learning how to use these AI writers so I may not be the best one to ask. I bought both Rytr and Wordhero. Rytr seems to be a slightly better output, but the 50,000 CHARACTOR limit makes it almost worthless to me as that would only be good for maybe three to five articles a month. Wordhero with its UNLIMITED word count is a terrific value and they are making a lot of improvements to it. So for the price, it's a really great deal and for me at least, it was a better value than Rytr. One more consideration though, I think that Wordhero's deal on Appsumo does not include their new longform editor and that's a really important feature to have. I think that they are charging an extra $30-40 for it.

With my limited experience though, I am finding that both apps work well with very generic/common writing but not with very specific topics in my current niche.

In my frustration, I bought ClosersCopy on a pre-black friday, lifetime unlimited deal using the 20% off promo code BLACKBIRD (NOT an affiliate code). It looks like the code is still good. It is light-years ahead of Rytr and Wordhero. It allows you to make your own custom "frameworks" and workflows and even has a new article optimizer. I got the Unlimited license because the Professional does not include updates and future improvements. It came out to $253 but it was worth it for all the additional features and the quality of output seems to be substantially better. It is a really flexible and powerful app. I think that they are targeting Frase and Jarvis in the future. It's well worth the one-time price if you can fit it into your budget. I wish now that I had not bought Rytr, Wordhero, and Postpace because Closerscopy seems to do the job of all of them and it's unlimited which will work with my learning curve.

Hope that helps

Cannt find on their website.

Cannt find on their website.

https://www.closerscopy.com/lifetime
In case the link doesn't showup, just add "/lifetime" to the end of theurl

It also had a popup that offered a 10% discount but I didn't see how to stack it on top of the 20%. Please let me know if you figure it out.

The more I work with this app, the more that I like it. I especially like the "compete" tool.

Did you also use Jarvis? When people compare both jarvis and Closerscopy, Jarvis stand out tall. What is your opinion?

I don't think closer copy is based on GPT3 for that price. Can any one confirm? May be using GPT-2 or GPT-3 Open source like GPT Neo / GPT -J.

I haven't tried Jarvis but I watched a number of Youtube tutorials and it looks like an excellent option - if you have the budget for it. It was just too expensive for me. I wanted an AI writer that I could buy on an unlimited LTD and not have to pay a monthly fee. If Jarvis had offered a LTD, I probably would have bought it.

I have been using ClosersCopy for only a few days now but I am really impressed with its flexibility and all the features on it. It was worth the price for the Unlimited LTD.

The feature that I like the best is the ability to create my own custom frameworks and actually train the AI to give me better content for my narrow niche. That means that I can add and customize the input fields and tell it that I want it to use my keywords, storyline, style, etc. It makes the output more detailed and accurate than the other AI tools. I can now build a custom framework in 5 to 15 minutes and get far superior output than what I get with Rydr or Wordhero.

The founder is extremely active and adding a lot of new features, so I have no doubt that ClosersCopy and Jarvis will be head-to-head competitors for a long time.

It uses both, an extremely good proprietary AI and you can switchover to GPT3 to get that output as well.

@X As per quality instead of pricing, which one would you choose, Frase or Jarvis?

Jarvis is the best AI tool available on the market because they have a lot of Venture Capital money. Any other company that might have a similar quality will be bought by them.

People try alternatives, why Jarvis is expensive, very expensive!

I played around for a few weeks with the Rytr free and today i decided to buy the LTD on appsumo. Anyone else got experience with Rytr? Do you like it? IMO for this price it's pretty ok.

Did you buy this already? Is it good?

I was late for the conversation so I had to come back 3-4 months to this excellent thread to see if I am missing something.
I think I have a new FOMO for the ClosersCopy current LTD deal. They still have a 27% (as of the time I am writing), and provide payment installments for their highest plan.
The thing is, I have Frase with their SEO addon $17.5/mo (50%), do you think I will get any additional benefits from getting ClosersCopy, in addition to Rytr and Nichesss? Rytr (50k limited) and Nichesss are great for short form.
My Workflow hasn't changed much. As for now, I use Ahrefs + WriterZen for keyword research, Frase for outlining, and AI content creation, MarketMuse as an additional layer of optimization and topic research.
Frase AI output is pretty good if fed with the right input and if you use the right template, which I found a bit difficult. At the moment, my output still needs too much editing, especially when the niche is related to technology.
If anyone can compare Frase to ClosersCopy outputs, that would be helpful.

Whoops I kept meaning to come back to this thread and follow up + update my stack/process, but time keeps getting away from me, apologies!

There's been some new contenders in the AI writing space since the last time I wrote, and I've been trying a few out--most aren't any better than the other solutions on the market. However, I currently have a new favorite:

Bertha.ai

I grabbed a lifetime copy of the Agency plan at the beginning of the year, and it's put out the highest quality content with the least effort of all the tools I've tried so far. The only downside(?) is that it only integrates with WordPress, and gives you a "write anywhere" feature where you can feed it a mini-prompt and get content written directly on your sites. It's been making my site building process so much faster, and the content I get back has been astonishingly well written.

Outranking

Outranking also released V7, and I'm really liking the output it provides - especially when I'm needing factual info. It still takes a bit of tweaking but overall I really like their approach.

Scalenut

I wasn't a fan of Scalenut so I refunded it. It was alright but didn't seem to do anything that Outranking and others couldn't do.

Texta.ai

I also got texta.ai - it reminds me of Writesonic (which I kind of liked back when I started this thread, but the limits were too low--it took several regenerations/tweaking to get decent content so those on the lifetime plans would burn through credits very rapidly). Texta.ai provides solid output and has much more generous limits; I don't use it all that often but they're updating fast so I'm keeping an eye on it.

ContentVillain

Development has been stagnant, which has been sad to see, but the developer has been updating recently that they've been making changes to the core of the system and should be able to iterate faster, so I'm still optimistic on it being one of the better ones this year (especially with the API).

Apparently GPT-NeoX-20B was just released and theyre already working on integrating it so that'll be interesting to see.

Frase

Frase is still a great tool - they've been adding some slick features so I still pay for the addon but honestly haven't been using that much between Bertha and Outranking, but I need to keep messing with it. It does provide some solid content but takes a bit of work to prep it (similar to outranking).

ClosersCopy

Still a big fan of CC, and still find myself using it for sales copy. Its blogging features are alright but the one-click still leaves a lot to be desired. The templates and community make it super powerful though. I would still highly recommend it for anyone needing a writing tool and wanting to pay a one-time fee before they get rid of it.

There were quite a few questions/discussions I missed out on - I do apologize! If anyone has any lingering questions about any of the writers I'd be happy to reply (sooner than later) if I'm able to give an accurate answer or a well-educated opinion. I'll update soon with my new process as it involves using several different writers based on needs/goals so it's gonna take some time to map out and organize.

Thanks for the update!

No problem! I still need to push a full workflow update but not much has changed between keyword research and optimization (Keysearch, Ubersuggest and Writerzen for research, and MarketMuse is still my favorite optimization tool, though I use Frase and Outranking as well), the only main difference is choosing between a few tools for the actual writing process.

Wanted to say thank you for this and +1 for an updated process. Even if its just a simple copy paste of your original post in this thread with bolded changes for updated workflow.
