nothing. he's just looking for secret sauce to create valid accounts that won't be shadowbanned
making a bot click register -> propagate the input fields -> create account is the easy part. theres youtubers showing you how to write a selenium script do that in less than 10 minutes.
short of paying someone to show you, trial & error is your best bet. play with residential/4g proxies. pva phone numbers. footprint manipulation.....until something works.
maybe reach out to those people who are selling bulk tinder accounts and pay them to teach you all the secrets they found the hard way.

I think a new account is possible but you are looking for 100 new account so there is the issue.
