So I have the service end of my business ready to go, but I'm still struggling with all of the backend stuff. I plan to use freshbooks in combination with Stripe (F PAYPAL) to accept credit card payments and create invoices and what not. First thing is that I'm not sure how I can make quotes for customers. Does anyone know if freshbooks can do this? If not, are there other services that are free/cheap that can help me do this? Also, I'm a little torn on how I should create reports. I plan to include SERPs, Reputation Stats, Social media stats (likes/followers, items posted, comments posted, customers comments or concerns, Facebook Insights, maybe any seo done for social media, and any other metrics possible for those sites and additonal ones like youtube, pinterst, foursquare, and instagram), Email marketing stats (Mailchimp reports and google analytics for mail chimp reports) and traffic stats (google analytics). My local SEO outsourcer already supplies me with reports for SEO and I saw a program called vertical response for social media, but I really dont know what the best way of reporting would be. Could anyone help with some design tips, and how to actually aggregate all the data? Keep in mind that I probably will not be giving a report of all that stuff to every client, but I would need to have the capability to create reports for all or one of the categories. Finally, I also heard about lead tracking software for when you start to do some lead gen. Anyone have any good examples of this? I do know that the second I get the chance to, I'm definitely gonna buy Places Scout. I'm not affiliated or anything, but man does that software look awesome!! BTW would a VA help with any of this if its a long task to create these because I'm really stretched for time these days with school and all lol. Anyways, I know it's a lot but any help whatsoever is greatly appreciated! Just trying to get this business up and running the right way so none of my customers have to suffer because of my trial and error
.
Thanks in advance,
MJ
