No, so far there was no warning from Google about this problem.

google the thing Disavow backlinks and get rid on them otherwise your ranking will be suk**d
I used Google webmaster disavow links tool where i submitted that domain like a week ago , but there is nothing changed yet. Does this take a long time?
once you submittd then your duty is over now work on further and soon google will review your problem and make this fix but it depends time and may be take long
