[HELP] Posts Not Appearing On Instagram Hashtags

Recently i have just been unshadowbanned after the 14 days, before the shadowban i used to be in all 'top posts', however now none of my posts show up in 'top posts' not even the hashtags with a few hundred posts my posts only show up in 'most recent', i used to get 5,000+ likes now im not even getting over 2,000 likes.
I also used to get all my impressions from hashtags now i get like 40 from hashtags and all my impressions are eirther from home or 'other'. Am i doing something wrong?

What does this mean? can i undo this?

I posted this in another thread. Going to start happening to more users eventually. They are starting to crack down on "borderline" content.

i don't think so because i still get impressions from hashtags & explore just very little
