Help Needed: Unable to Create Ad Account on Facebook Due to Payment Information Error

Hi everyone, I'm encountering an issue while trying to manage the ad I created on Facebook. I keep getting the following error message: "Invalid request. Payment information has moved. You'll be able to add payment information after you create your account."

The problem is that my credit card information is already added, but when I try to create an ad account, I receive this error. I’ve tried a few things but haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

Can someone guide me through the steps to properly set up my ad account and address this error? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

What payment card do you use?
 
Please check your account's country, some countries may not accept payment methods or your payment method may not be valid
 
If the problem still hasn't been resolved, I advise you to make a new one, it won't waste your time.

Certain regions may have different payment processing requirements or restrictions that could affect ad account setup. Also, If your Facebook account or payment method hasn't been fully verified or authenticated, it could lead to issues with setting up an ad account or making payments.
 
Ensure that the credit card details stored in your Facebook account are up-to-date and valid. You might also want to check if there are any issues with the card itself (expiration date, billing address, etc.)
 
Just double check everything, you will find the problem. You should start with your card, then your country, then FB policy... In the meantime, you will learn many things that you don't even expect it.
 
Perhaps your card isn't supported by your account's country

Do you mean create an account at BM? You check to see if BM has created the maximum number of accounts

Becuz your region is not fit with card, wait and see clearly errors
 
Check if your payment method is fully authenticated? Some countries may have different payment requirements or restrictions
 
You should double-check that your payment card is valid according to Facebook's latest terms?
