[HELP] My CPA site has unwanted Ads [HTML/PHP KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED]

Hello you all,

I'd like to know if there is a web designer who can help me..
Yesterday I've uploaded a new template for my CPA site, but now when I run the site at my laptop (without Adblocker) or mobile (smartphone), I see first an advertisement popping up and another advertisement when I close that one, located at the left upper corner.

I checked the Index.html and Inside.html (which I edited to create the site as it is already), but I still can't get rid of those annoying advertisements.
The biggest issue is, that users CAN'T close the 2nd advertisement that shows, since there is no close button (it's posted in a small frame).

Do you think you can help me, but my issue isn't clear enough? Feel free to post here and I'll PM you my site (not everyone who posts though..)
and I hope someone can help me by geting rid of those unwanted ads.

I guess the ads are added with javascript. Check the .js

Can't find anything yet, will wait for others to reply meanwhile I'll keep on searching

EDITED THIS PART:
I've found the issue!
It was inside a PHP file, deleted this code: http://error404.000webhost.com/? and no idea why, but now I don't see the ads anymore at my laptop nor smartphone.. so I guess it should be fine now, thanks again
