Help! Monetizing Android App

Hey guys,
I have been working on an idea for past few day now.
I have some content that is fairly limited on the open net and I'll host it through my app.
I want to know the best way possible to monetize my Android App. (The content will be marked as a copyright infringment, so i won't be publishing it through google app store)
My targeted traffic will be from India only.

So, as far as i know:
1. Admob or any other simple advertising network (showing banners ads etc). Might not pay me that well. I'm targeting a higher income here.

2. So i come to CPA with a mobile content locker, which will lock the content at different stages. I already have been doing CPA for websites till now.
But, getting a mobile locker to work and integrating cpa offers into it is pretty tedious task.
Moreover i've noticed that not much is converted from indian traffic throught these networks.

3. So, i have zeroed into TapJoy which hopefully will have worldwide-traffic-targeting app installs which the indian traffic can convert pretty decently.
But i'm skeptical how there is always a problem on install credits no being paid to customers and the decline of tapjoy in recent time.
Any thoughts guys?
Also, if any indian folk can share which method/network converts the best in the country.
Will be a big big help.

it's great to exchange tips on how to boost your revenue, but it's more important to share the last trend about ranking mobile apps.
we at rankmyapp, offer genuine reviews with keyword based installs which gives our apps a solid boost and an immediate increase.
our main monetization source is Admob with in-app purchase ( yes they work like charm : do not ignore it )

There are many platforms nowadays where you can monetize your apps and mobile traffic.
Try to google "monetize app" or mobile traffic, something like that you will find a bunch of sites and contact them and talk with them.
You will find the best one that fits what you need.
I found many of these networks but the question is the rev share. Hope you find something that works best for you.

Maybe not related what you have asked but wondered how you will do marketing and get installs.

How you integrated Cpa content locker with mobile app. I still not find anything in Google but i am not a coder. Ask for help in some forums but still nothing

All you need now is Boost install your app by keyword or trend. Make more people install your app. You can put Admob, IAP , other network in your app.

I want to test some app with content locker without ads. But I can't integrate locker code with source code of the app. If someone succeed to integrate this
