[HELP] How to get back Instagram account Multi factor login

Hello, Guys. I need help on how to go about getting one of my key Instagram account. this account has 7k. But it has made me lots of money 10x more then accounts of 400k followers. I'm into the dating niche. someone at a point hacked my email and stole the account from me. I was lucky the person was my little brothers friend so I begged him a little and threaten him a little so I got my account back free. so I used this newly introduced Instagram multi factor authentication. Now I'm locked our because I no longer have access to the phone number attached to the account. have been locked out for 6 months now been thinking everyday on how to get it back so this morning o decided to ask god/blackhatworld what can I do please. Help

Dont you have acces to the email address anymore? I believe if you have the email address, you can contact support. I had the same problem, but did not have access to the email and lost the account unfortunately.
