[HELP] Google Search - not displaying page correctly!

Hi all, I've recently set up a new wordpress blog. I noticed when I search for it in google, the way it's displayed in the search results looks really unprofessional compared to other blogs results. I've included pics of what my site looks like In google's search results and i've also included the ideal look which i'm trying to achieve in results.

Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

Can you please upload the attachment again? As per I understand by your question you need good SEO for your site to get visible in Google.

Those sub-links beneath the main page link are called sitelinks. Here is what Google says about it:

We only show sitelinks for results when we think they'll be useful to the user. If the structure of your site doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don't think that the sitelinks for your site are relevant for the user's query, we won't show them. At the moment, sitelinks are automated. We're always working to improve our sitelinks algorithms, and we may incorporate webmaster input in the future. There are best practices you can follow, however, to improve the quality of your sitelinks. For example, for your site's internal links, make sure you use anchor text and alt text that's informative, compact, and avoids repetition.

So you can't directly control it. Google will do this automatically when it thinks it's appropriate. The best you can do is make sure you site has good seo.

The thumbnail and recent posts box comes from linking your site to your Google+ Page using the rel=?publisher? authorship markup. Again, this won't happen instantly. Google has an algorithm that decides whether or not to display these things.
