probably google sees you're a Chinese company and they don't want to rank you outside of your territory (google's become pretty localized lately)...
Aside from that, your site's authority is too low, I don't know what type of backlinks you've built in the last 2 years (and where you've pointed them), but the score of your homage (11) is too low and your niche seems to be green energy products, which is very tough, I don't think you're going to rank in this industry (especially in tier 1 countries) with a AS 11 website, you need to dig deep into your pockets to buy quality links that can up your score to at least 40-50, then things might improve.
Overall, your site looks OK, so I don't think there's much left to do SEO-wise (maybe check your mobile friendliness and speed as the site does seem a bit slow), so you should probably focus on adding a blog (to target low competition keywords and get traffic in that way), and - like I said - get some quality links with brand and exact match anchors.
